Shipping Information

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 1–4 weeks

• International Orders: 1–4 weeks

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer due to customs inspections, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email if tracking is available. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by their country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Aighani is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at aighani.help@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Aighani is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or canceled before they have been processed. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
